MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION PROCESS

Joining The Crown International SMP Association (CISMA) involves a straight forward step-by-step process:

Membership Fee Payment
Start by submitting your membership fee through the designated payment method. This step officially initiates your application.
Photo Portfolio Submission
Follow the directions according to your experience tier (see below). Upload clear, unedited photos.
Training & Conference Certificates:
Provide copies of any relevant Scalp Micropigmentation training certifications, including infection control, and conference attendance certificates to demonstrate your commitment to continuous professional development.
Application Submission & Review:
Combine all required materials and submit your application to Crown International. Our board will review your application, and you will be notified via email regarding the outcome.
Membership Certification
Upon successful approval, you will receive an official Crown International certificate to proudly display in your clinic.

You will receive a certificate to display in your clinic.

By following these steps, you’ll be well on your way to becoming a part of the esteemed Crown International organisation.

Further information:

a. Members are required to consistently adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards, in alignment with best practices, regulatory mandates and Crown International guidelines.

b. Members will only use products that are professionally manufactured and follow all regulations for their use.

c. Members who are manufacturers and/or distributors of equipment or supplies, including pigments and anaesthetics, agree not to provide false or misleading statements and will fully disclose all ingredients.

d. Members will make no false or misleading statements to the public through material; including but not limited to: websites, social media, brochures or forms regarding the process of tattooing.

e. Members agree that technicians who are not licensed medical professionals shall not participate in any behaviour that could be construed as diagnosing and that clients’ health and privacy of records in accordance with regulatory requirements are always protected.

f. Members who conduct fundamental training agree that programs at the fundamental level shall be a minimum of 100 hours in duration and shall include practical components under direct instructor supervision. Only trainer members may use Crown International logos in association with training.

g. Members agree that in the event of a lapse in Crown International membership or Crown International Training certification, they will remove all associated logos and references within fourteen days of expiration.
